Hi! I'm Katerina, an intuitive cook, irreverent kitchen coach, and lover of the simple pleasures of life. For years now I've been helping free-spirited home cooks break free from 'recipe jail' and rediscover the joy of cooking intuitively. My unconventional methods have been featured in the Huff Post and The Guardian, and I've guided hundreds of people to reconnect with their kitchen instincts.
Growing up in Greece, cooking at home wasn't something to learn from books, it was simply a way of life. I made family meals from age eight, without ever 'learning to cook'.
But when I moved to London, I saw how the cult of recipes and celebrity chefs made people lose trust in their own kitchen instincts. Even passionate food lovers seemed stuck and stressed about everyday cooking. I almost fell into that trap too: was I a 'bad cook' because I couldn't (wouldn't) follow recipes to the T?
I created this workshop to help you rediscover the natural, joyful way of cooking that puts the fun (and the flavour!) back into your kitchen.

Most of us don’t! The frameworks I teach is based around simple meals that can be prepared with minimal fuss and practically zero planning, saving you both time and headspace.
Yes! Everything you will learn in this course is based around patterns and principles giving you the understanding you need to easily adapt any recipe and substitute ingredients according to your (and their) likes and needs.
Absolutely. Building your cooking skills on principles rather than recipes early on is the best grounding you can get to blossom into the relaxed and confident cook you want to be.
Many participants report feeling an immediate shift in their approach to cooking during the workshop itself. As you see me demonstrate the layers concept in real time (you can cook along too!) you'll experience firsthand how easy intuitive cooking can be. That said, like any skill, your confidence will grow with practice, but you'll have a solid framework to guide you from day one.
I'm pretty sure you will. In my experience many confident cooks are still relying on recipes (those they know well, and those they try new) and very much enjoy finding the freedom to go beyond after taking my course.
This workshop intentionally moves away from traditional recipes to show you how to cook without them. However, you'll receive recipe 'blueprints': flexible frameworks to guide and inspire you. These will help you transition to intuitive cooking while still providing enough structure to feel confident.
No worries! A replay will be available within 48 hours after the live workshop. While joining live gives you the opportunity to ask questions and cook along in real-time, the replay captures all the content and live cooking. You'll still get tremendous value from watching later at your convenience.
For the workshop itself, you just need a way to watch and take notes. If you choose to cook along (optional but fun!), I'll send you a meal template with a simple list of suggested ingredients ahead of time. The beauty of this method is its flexibility: you don't to have exactly what's on the list, and I'll show you how to substitute with pantry staples from your kitchen.
