Hi! I'm Katerina, an intuitive cook, irreverent kitchen coach, and lover of the simple pleasures of life. For years now I've been helping free-spirited home cooks break free from 'recipe jail' and rediscover the joy of cooking intuitively. My unconventional methods have been featured in the Huff Post and The Guardian, and I've guided hundreds of people to reconnect with their kitchen instincts.
Growing up in Greece cooking at home wasn't something to learn from books, it was simply a way of life. I remember making family meals since I was eight, without ever 'learning to cook'.
But when I moved to London, I saw how the strange cult of recipes and celebrity chefs was making people lose their natural kitchen confidence. Even passionate food lovers felt stuck and stressed about cooking. I almost fell into that trap too: was I a 'bad cook' because I couldn't (wouldn't) follow recipes exactly?

Most of us don’t! The framework I teach is based around simple meals that can be prepared with minimal fuss and practically zero planning, saving you both time and headspace.

This workshop intentionally moves away from traditional recipes to show you how to cook without them. However, you'll receive meal templates that serve as flexible frameworks to guide you without being prescriptive. These will help you transition from recipe-dependence to intuitive cooking while still providing enough structure to feel confident.
