COOK YOUR WAY

Come Home to Your Kitchen

A 4-week journey back to ease, rhythm, and confidence in your kitchen — no recipes required.

You cook most days. You care about good food.

But something isn' working. The joy is missing. The confidence isn't there. And cooking feels more like a burden than a pleasure.

The mental load is real. The pressure is constant. And somewhere along the way, cooking turned into just another chore to get through.

It’s not that you can't cook. You’re just tired of doing it the hard way.
You don’t need another cookbook. You don’t need a 27-step meal plan.

You need a way to cook that works for real life. Your life.

You need to cook your way.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing differently.

What if cooking could feel like a rhythm — not a demand?

What if you could stop second-guessing and overthinking, and simply start trusting yourself in the kitchen?

What if you could cook from what you have… with what you know… in a way that feels calm, flexible, and yours… and still end up with something good to eat?

That’s what Cook Your Way is all about.

A 4-week journey to reset your kitchen rhythm.
To reconnect with your instincts, simplify your habits, and start cooking with confidence — no plans, no perfection, no pretending you’re a food stylist on a photo shoot.

This isn’t about becoming a better cook.

It’s about feeling good about cooking.
You already have the instincts. Cook Your Way will help you remember them.

Join us. Because cooking doesn’t need to be another thing to get through.
It can be the part of the day you come home to yourself.

"Katerina truly knows her stuff! I’ve learned so much from her about what it means to trust myself again in the kitchen. With her playful, confident guidance, I’ve remembered that I DO know what I like and don’t like - and that inner knowing is what guides the process of creating delicious food. It may sound simple, but having Katerina hold the torch on my path to letting go of recipe reliance has opened my eyes to something I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten." - MARY ROSE

Meet Your Guide

Hi! I'm Katerina - intuitive cook, irreverent kitchen coach, and real-life shopkeeper. I’ve been cooking intuitively since I was 8 — long before I knew it had a name. Now, I help frazzled home cooks ditch the rules, trust their taste, and rediscover joy in the kitchen. The thousands of conversations in my wholefood shop have shaped what I teach.

Cook Your Way is my invitation to help you rediscover the natural, joyful way of cooking that puts the fun (and flavour!) back into your kitchen.

This is not a course or a challenge, this is a journey to re-connect with your senses, your cravings and your creativity: Your kitchen, your way!

Because here's the truth: you don't need to be a 'good cook' to make good food - all you need is to trust your tastebuds.

It's time for a kitchen revolution...

The world doesn't need more recipes.
What we need is a simpler way to think about cooking.

“I love learning from Katerina. I have always enjoyed cooking, but I have relied on recipes and been nervous to detour. Katerina has helped me learn the foundational principles that give me the confidence to forge my own path, with whatever I happen to have on hand.” - DANIELA

Join me for this live, never-done-before kitchen reset

4 weeks to cook with more ease, trust and rhythm
* starting June 2nd with a small group *

Got a question? I got answers!

We will have 4 live sessions to cook together: 3 Fridays (6th, 13th, 20th June) and one Monday (23rd June), all at 6pm UK/1pm Eastern.

The cookalongs are optional, though they are a great way to get cooking, ask questions and share with others in real time. If you can't make it live, you will get access to a recording so you can cook-along at a time that suits you.

Good news: there's nothing wrong with you. You just haven't been taught another way. This is that way. I guarantee you will feel a lot more confident to interporet recipes 'your way' at the end of our 4week journey together.

Nope. You just need to want things to feel easier. This is about building trust, not skill level.

Each week you'll get one email, one 5-minute voice note, and one idea to try, while you're cooking anyway. That's it. Weekly cook-alongs (60 mins) are optional but will really move the confidence needle for you, plus you get dinner cooked at the same time!

Absolutely. This isn't about what you cook. It's about how you cook it. You'll become way more confident to swap and adjust to your needs.

No. Even cooking 2-3 times a week can create massive shifts.

Many of my students report feeling an immediate shift in their approach to cooking. Our practices are designed to get you to experience firsthand how easy intuitive cooking can be. That said, like any skill, your confidence will grow with practice - but you'll have a framework to guide you from day one.

I'm always happy to answer questions! Just email me at [hello at theintuitivecook.co.uk] and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

"You have really inspired me to get back into cooking. I get tasty results, and I'm having fun again!" - HELEN

"Absolutely brilliant! I now feel confident to experiment intuitively. Enjoying cooking more than ever." - ELIN

"This approach really changed how I cook. No more pressure to do it 'right'. Life got easier, and a lot more flavourful!" - EGLE

"Love your approach. So refreshing! I never thought I could actually have fun cooking." - MARY

What's the value

You get to hold a creative and calm presence in your kitchen, learn a reliable framework for putting together easy and delicious meals that will last you a lifetime, and the satisfaction of nourishing yourself and your family... priceless!

'Not My Flavour' Guarantee

Something I learned early on: No risk, no fun. So do follow that hunch to jump off that recipe cliff! I also know all too well that taste is personal & individual: If within the first week you feel this isn't for you, you can ask for a full refund. No hassle, no hard feelings.
