The Intuitive Cook featured in The Guardian

As featured in The Guardian

Intuitive cooking is catching on!

So this happened one morning in May...

I found myself featured in the major UK newspaper, The Guardian.

It's quite an extensive article with the somewhat provocative title 'Who needs recipes?'. It looks at intuitive cooking as a concept and how it can be helpful with everyday cooking.

There are snippets of interviews with me and a couple of other cooks, and there is even a photo of me in my kitchen (from a last minute photo shoot with the lovely Eleri Griffiths).

Btw, the article inspired my free email mini course Ditch The Recipes.

Pretty cool, eh?
